Assemble and secure purlin on the ground using self-tapping screws facing all the same 
direction.

2. 

Mark the purlin every 4 feet

Mark the purlin every 4 feet on the same side as the screws face. These marks will help 
ensure the bows are spaced evenly at the peak when you attach the cross connectors in the 
next step.

3. 

Add a black finishing cap to each end with a hammer.
