Fitting the Pipes Between the Fuel Supply and
Injection Pumps, Pre--heating System and
Tappet Cover
(Disassembly operations 7. to 16.)
1. Fit the fuel filter mounting (9).
2. Fit the control unit for the heater (10).
3. Fit the heater (4).
4. Fit the fuel filter (7).
5. Fit the LDA system piping (5).
6. Connect the pipes with the quick--fit coupling (6)
and (8) following the guidelines of fig. 171.
7. Fit the tappet covers (1).
8. Connect the engine oil vapor recovery pipe to the
blow--by (3).
9. Fit the intake manifold (2).

10. Press the clip (1) in the direction of the arrow (part
B) and connect the low--pressure pipe. Put the
clip back in its locking position (part A).
NOTE:
Figure 171 shows the connectors for the
low--pressure pipes (6) and (8) of figure 170.

1. Fit the oil delivery pipe (2).
2. Fit the turbine oil return pipe (1), the clamp (4), oil
filter (3) and starter motor (5).
