Slide the arm weldment (Item 1) onto the king
pin assembly. The arm weldment is held in place
using a 3-1/2” OD disk, lock washer, and 3/4” x 2”
bolt (Item 2)
[Figure 5] .
Bolt the stand (Item 3) to the arm weldment and
connect one Cat. 1 link pin
[Figure 5] .
Remove the arm swivel pin (Item 4) from the hitch
weldment (Item 5). Slide the hitch weldment on to
the arm weldment and connect using the swivel
pin. The pin is held in place with a hex bolt and
lock nut
[Figure 5] .
Recheck and tighten all bolts. Grease the bushings
at both ends of the arm weldment.
Install the manual canister to the hitch weldment.
Install the hitch mounting pins.

Remove the blade pin (Item 1) and the clamp plate
(Item 2) from the blade assembly

Insert the king pin weldment (Item 3) into the
blade assembly and assemble the blade pin and
clamp plate using the hardware supplied

4] .
