Tools Needed 

Phillips-head Screwdriver 

 

1.  Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the printer. 

2.  Remove the six screws from the bottom edge of the Card Input Hopper Cover and the three 

screws from the inside edge of the cover (on the right side) of the printer. 

3.  Lift the Card Output Hopper Cover off of the printer.

Tools Needed 

Phillips-head Screwdriver 

 

1.  Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the printer. 

2.  Remove the five screws from the Back Cover of the printer. 

3.  Tilt the Back Cover outwards from the printer.
