CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the motor unit

Clean the interlock mechanism

CAUTION:

to malfunction or cause it to operate without being assembled correctly.
NOTE:

Always clean all parts that have come into contact with food in soapy water
immediately after use and before storage.

Dry all parts and surfaces thoroughly before use. Make sure that all parts and
surfaces are completely dry before connecting the appliance to a wall outlet.

Remove the seal ring from the emulsifying blade unit

and replace it with a
new one in case the seal ring is damaged. Never use the emulsifying blade unit

without a seal ring.
Storage

Before storage, always make sure the appliance is completely cool, clean and dry.

It is recommended to store the appliance in a dry place.
