9. Carefully grasp the Handle of the Thermal Carafe(s) to move

Filter Basket(s) with Cover(s) and place in position on the
Non-Stick Warming Plate. (See Figure 1)

10. Press the Power Switch(es) to the ON (“I”) position. When

pressed, the Switch will illuminate, indicating the brewing
process has started.

11. After the brewing process has finished,

remove the Carafe(s) from the Warming
Plate(s) and press the Power Switch(es) OFF
(“O”). Carefully grasp the Filter Basket(s) by
the Handle, remove from Thermal Carafe(s)
and discard the coffee grounds.

12. Place the Thermal Carafe Cover(s) onto the Carafe and close it

tightly. To serve coffee, turn the Lid(s) counter-clockwise, a
slight turn, until the arrow is pointing directly at the handle of
each Thermal Carafe.

NOTE:

The non-stick coated Dual Warming Plate which holds the

Thermal Carafes is specially designed to maintain a lower
temperature which will not harm the Thermal Carafes. It is safe
to keep the Thermal Carafes on the Warming Plate after the
brewing is complete. The Plate will get hotter during the brew
cycle, but will cool considerably upon completion.

WARNING: Warming Plate is hot! Do not touch Warming Plate

during or after brewing.

BREWING A THIRD POT OF COFFEE

It is recommended that the Coffee Maker should be in OFF (“O”)
position for 10 minutes between cycles, in order to allow unit to
cool. While unit is in OFF position, dispose of used coffee filter(s),
and rinse Thermal Carafe(s), Filter Basket(s) and Filter Basket
Cover(s) in water. Place fresh filter(s) into 1 or both of the Filter
Baskets. Repeat brewing procedure.
I

MPORTANT: If Coffee Maker is not allowed to cool before

immediate repeated use, water placed in Carafes may become
overheated. A spray of steam could be released from openings,
creating a risk of burns.
