INSTALLATION I MAINTENANCE / INTERVENTION:
- Ensure the rigidity of the attachment structure of the apparatus,
- Replace any suspicious or used item,
- Véritier operation and adjustment of safety devices before each use
- Keep clean and properly oiled chain
- Check the tightness of joints elements
- Check that the chain is not vriliée and it has no defects (deformation, wear, cracks or corrosion mark)
- Ensure the implementation of the judgment chain positioned at the end of chain strand. It must be unloaded.
- Check that the suspension hooks and load show no deformation, damage, wear and corrosion marks. Check
the effectiveness of safety latches on hooks.
- After use, clean and lubricate the chain.
- Maintenance and repairs must be performed by qualified personnel.
- After repair, make no load and full load testing before use
Product maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel
Caution: a × e gear, the center of friction and pulleys are under spring pressure and they can go out of the unit during disassembly. To change the brake
discs, remove the cover hand wheel and hand wheel to indicate the brake assembly. By collecting
brake mechanism, make sure that the ratchet wheel, the center of friction and the boss and the brake discs are free of fat and latches are fully engaged
in the wheel
Tighten the nut securing the hand wheel and loosen up slightly to allow a cotter pin to be inserted. The string must be installed with the sides of the
welded links upwards, away from the groove of the load gear.

After repair, test your product to 1.25x the maximum weight of your product (in this case: 1T 250kg).
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE:
Handle the camera by its structure or by the device engraved for this purpose or in its original packaging. Store the product away atmospheres
aggressive (dust, moisture, heat, .....)
it should be cleaned and protected against corrosion (lubrication).
