1 A prerequisite for proper opera� on is the connec� on of dimmable light sources. Make
sure that the packaging or instruc� ons for the light source clearly state that the bright-
ness can be adjusted. It is o� en represented by one of the following symbols:
Dimmable light source
No brightness adjustment
Due to the large variety of dimmable LED lamps, it may happen, in rare cases, that the
selected lamp will not work properly with the Wi-DIM1S1-P dimmer. Typical symptoms
in such a case include low brightness adjustment range and fl ickering of the light. There-
fore, it is advisable to carry out a test before installing the dimmer.
2 Indica� ve value. The limit level of the power depends on the design and quality of the
connected light sources and in reality may be signifi cantly lower than the specifi ed va-
lue.
