Do not disassemble, repair, or alter the product without authorization.


Do not place the toothbrush in high temperature condition or expose it to the sun.




6. After-sales service:

A 1-year warranty starts on the day of purchase, please contact Fairywill if it is necessary.

Within the warranty period, any defect arising from materials or a product malfunctioning,
we will replace the parts or the whole product depending on the situation and its condition.

When you apply for a warranty based repair, you must submit the toothbrush and proof of
the date of purchase (purchasing invoice) to Fairywill.
