• When leaving the iron unattended after

use, even for a brief period of time,
make sure that you:

-  Turn the temperature selector to the

‘MIN’ position;

-  Set the iron in an upright position;
-  Unplug the appliance from the

mains.

• If the iron (or cable) becomes damaged

and needs to be replaced, do not use
the appliance and take it to an
authorised Technical Assistance Service
for repair.

• Repairs carried out by non-qualified

individuals may cause accidents or
injury to the user. 

• Improper or badly carried out repairs

user.

• Before using your appliance for the first

time, read the following instructions
carefully and keep them for future
reference. Keep this manual throughout
the entire working life of the appliance.

• Make sure that the mains voltage in

your home corresponds to that

connect the appliance to an AC power
supply.

• The appliance is designed for domestic

• Do not submerge the appliance in water

running tap in order to fill the tank.

• Keep out of the reach of children. 
• During use, the appliance reaches

extremely high temperatures and may
cause burns. Always pick the iron up by
the handle provided and avoid contact
with metal parts and steam.

• Never pull on the cable to unplug the

appliance.

• Periodically check the condition of the

appliance’s cable. If damaged, have it

with hot surfaces or the base of the iron.

emptying the water tank. During pauses
