•This position allows energy savings while maintaining the quality of the cooking.
•The ECO position is used for energy label performance.
•All types of cooking are done

FAN ASSISTED GRILL

•Cooking controlled, alternately, by the upper element and by the fan.
•Preheating is unnecessary. Roasts and poultry that are juicy and crisp all over.
•The rotisserie continues to operate until the door is opened.
•Slide the drip tray onto the bottom shelf support.
•Recommended for all poultry or meat, for sealing and thoroughly cooking a leg or a rib
of beef. To retain fish steaks’ moist texture.
