11. First start-up
After making sure that at least 2 liters of water are in the water tank, follow these steps:
Press the main on/off
switch at the back of the
machine.

Warning: Do these steps very carefully.
The heating phase lasts approximately
3 minutes. Afterwards, the resistance
icon
is no longer displayed
and the “set” and “actual” pressures
coincide.
That helps the temperature of the group and that of the
¿OWHUWRPDWFKDQGLWDOVRULQVHVWKHK\GUDXOLFFLUFXLW
Raise the coffee lever and
dispense water for a few
seconds. Afterwards, lower
the lever to the starting
position to stop dispensing.
Press the coffee key
and dispense water for a
few seconds; press the
same key again to stop
dispensing.
Note:
prolonged functioning of
WKHSXPSGXULQJWKH¿UVWVWDUWXS
is normal because the boiler is
¿OOHGZLWKZDWHUGXULQJWKLVSKDVH
The display will light up with these indications:
Instant boiler pressure
Set pressure
Resistance enabled
