All types of cold cuts (raw, cooked, smoked);

Meat without bone (raw or cooked, at a temperature not less than + 3 °C);

Cheese cuts (obviously types that can be sliced such as gruyere, fontina, etc.);
•
Vegetables (all types).
PRODUCTS THAT MUST NOT BE SLICED:
1. frozen or deep-frozen food;
2. food containing bones (meat or fish);
3. any other non-food product.
