the battery pack,

- tighten the flange,
- connect the battery

pack to the siren

To position or replace the battery pack, put the
control unit in MAINTENANCE PROGRAM mode
(See the Transmission Control Unit Instructions),
before you carry out the following operations:

The self-protection facility (door open o siren

This time period is sufficient to close the siren.

Discharged batteries indication

Discharged batteries are indicated at every ON/OFF
operation, by a series of acoustic signals.

We advise you to put the discharged batteries in the
appropriate collection bins.

We therefore advise you to test radio
transmission, before definitively installing the
siren (see the “TEST” chapter).

Installation precautions for correct transmission

The radio waves in the room are reflected and
attenuated, according to the structures they
encounter. Propagation may be altered and,
therefore, the products must not be installed near
large metal masses (beams…), or near an electrical
panel.

The outdoor radio siren is available in two versions
(with or without a flashing light). Its function is to
signal an alarm - in case of theft - combined with a
radio transmission control unit of the same range.

The only difference between the two versions is the
flashing light (on the siren thus equipped) which
localises the place broken into when the alarm is
tripped.
