3.4 Fill Coolant before first time use
outboard (VERY IMPORTANT!!!)
Please power on the outboard, open the outboard
motor cover and fill the water tank with your
local car coolant before first time running the
outboard. The coolant is used to cool the motor
and controller to prevent them from overheat
and damage similar to your car cooling system.
You can easily buy the car coolant from your
local shops, and should be suitable for local
weather, for example anti-freezing feature.
1, Open the outboard cover in yellow color and
crew off the water tank cap.
2. Fill the tank near full with car
coolant.
