OPERATION SECTION
General Product Information
Before using this machine, check for possible damage that may have occurred to the machine during 1.
shipment. If there is damage, contact the factory before making any repairs.
Before operating this machine, read through the entire manual to learn the functions of the different 2.
components to become familiar with the overall operation of this unit.
The basic components of the machine are the engine, the hydraulic pump, the paint pump, the paint guns, 3.
the air compressor, and the bead guns.
This striping machine is an airless unit, which utilizes the power of a gasoline engine to power the rotary 4.
hydraulic piston pump. The hydraulic pump powers the hydraulic motor or top section of the paint pump
assembly, which drives the lower paint section of the paint pump assembly. The paint is pumped from a 5
gallon pail or 12 gallon tank to the spray tips in the paint guns at a high pressure.
The gasoline engine also powers an air compressor that provides air to the air solenoids that turn the guns 5.
on and off.
Beads are dispensed to the bead guns by pressurizing the bead tank. 6.
Get in the habit of cleaning your machine every time you use it. It’s the easiest time to do it and will help 7.
prevent future problems.
Set up a maintenance schedule and stick with it. This manual contains a sample schedule to assist you. 8.
