Skinny Jib SETUP INSTRUCTIONS - 4’ Configuration
STOP/ NOTE: The Skinny Jib can be used at 2’ or 4’ Configuration.
Below are the instructions for the 4’ Configuration. (Pages 8, 9 & 10)
Refer to pages 5, 6 and 7 for instructions on the 2’ configuration
STEP 1. Remove Center Post from Hard
Carry Case and place it on the
support system of your choice.

2c. For Combo Stands. You will
need a Junior Pin—Combo stand
mount. (Sold Separately)
Thread the Junior Pin into the base of
the Center Post. Place the center
post into the Combo Stand.
2a For Shafted Tripods, Loosen the set screws and re-
move the pan/tilt head from the tripod shaft.
Screw the swivel base of the Center Post directly to the
top of the shaft via the threaded stud at the top.
Tighten the set screws under the shaft plate to secure
the center post on to the tripod.
NOTE: Mount to strait shaft tripods only, not leveling
shaft pods.
2b. For 100 or 75 mm Bowl Mount Tri-
pods. Use the adapter plate and hard-
ware (included).
Place the plate over the bowl. Screw
the shaft into the swivel base.
Secure with the threaded shaft,
knob and washer from underneath.
