KBOX WARNINGS!

Training at maximum intensity on the kBox produces higher workloads

than you can produce with traditional weights. Get help from a
professional instructor when you are starting your training with the kBox
and train submaximal until you are familiar with the equipment.

Exxentric AB takes no responsibility for injuries that occur when training

with the kBox. It is the user’s responsibility to exercise at the intensity that
he or she can manage.

Do not mount more than 4 flywheels at the same time.

When doing squats on the kBox, control force and action and hence

balance to prevent falling backwards.

kBox must be attached to the ground if both feet are not placed on the

kBox during exercise.

kBox can be slippery when wet. Use appropriate shoes and dry the kBox

with a cloth when wet.

Don’t use the equipment if it gives strange sounds, vibrations or if you see

damage on the equipment or its accessories. Contact supplier or producer
for info about repair.

Do not connect or disconnect harness or grip when the flywheel is still in

motion.

Do not stop the motion in the top position but start to decelerate the
motion on the way down and stop in a lowered position.
