Quantum Elite:
•
DVI input:
The dual DVI-D input card accepts two digital or analog DVI sources
at resolutions up to 1920x1200 and HDTV 1080p @ 60 Hz as well as custom
resolutions.
•
SDI input:
The dual SDI input card accepts two 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, or SD-SDI
sources in any combination at 480i, 576i, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p resolutions.
•
High-resolution analog input:
The RGB or YPrPb dual input card accepts RGB
graphic and HD component video signals at resolutions up to 1920x1200 and
HDTV 1080p @ 60 Hz, as well as custom resolutions.
•
Composite video and S-video input:
The 12-channel standard definition video
input card accepts up to 12 composite or S-video sources in any combination.
•
Output
— Each output supports rates from 640x480 (VGA) to 1920x1200 and HDTV
1080p @ 60 Hz.
•
HDMI output:
The dual HDMI output card includes two HDMI outputs for HDMI
or DVI video connection to two displays in the videowall.
NOTE:
Appropriate HDMI to DVI cables or adapters are required for DVI
signal output on this card.
•
DVI output (Quantum Elite only):
The dual DVI/RGB output card includes
two DVI-I outputs for digital or analog video connection to two displays in the
videowall.
•
Scalable and expandable configuration (Quantum Elite only)
— The Quantum
Elite systems are scalable and can be expanded with additional input or output cards
or by cascading card frames together for a larger videowall or additional input sources.
•
HDCP-compliant input/output options
— HDCP-encrypted content can be
displayed on HDCP-compatible displays when Quantum HDMI input and output cards
are used.
•
HDCP Visual Confirmation signal
— A green window with an alert message is
displayed when HDCP-encrypted content is transmitted to a non-HDCP compliant
display, providing immediate visual confirmation that protected content cannot be
viewed on the display.
•
Key Minder
HDCP compliance verification
— Key Minder authenticates and
maintains continuous HDCP encryption between input and output devices to ensure
quick and proper display of HDCP-encrypted source signals on the videowall.
•
Up to 128 video or graphic windows per dual output card
— Extensive
windowing capabilities include the ability to display up to 128 windows of video and
graphics for each pair of displays in the videowall.
•
IP streaming of hundreds of RGB, HDMI, or DVI inputs (Quantum Elite only)
— In addition to the input cards, additional DVI or RGB graphics sources can be
streamed over an IP network to the Quantum Elite, using the optional Extron QGE 100
Quantum Graphics Encoders.
•
Upload and display stored images
— JPEG, GIF, PNG, and BMP image files
can be uploaded to the Quantum and displayed within the windows or used as
backgrounds behind them.
•
High speed RAPT bus
— The dedicated high speed 10 Gbps video and graphic
Real-time Asymmetric Packetized Transfer (RAPT) bus enables large numbers of high
resolution input signals to be processed simultaneously while preserving real time
control response and optimal image quality at full frame rates.
