The Remote RS-232 captive screw port is located on the rear panel of the PowerCage
FOX Tx/Rx AV. The pin assignments for this port are shown below.

Configuration Port on the PowerCage Front Panel
The Extron 9-pin D to 2.5 mm mini jack TRS RS-232 cable, provided with the
PowerCage 1600 Enclosure, can be used for connection to the Config port on the

SIS Control
Host-to-Unit Instructions
SIS commands consist of one or more characters per field. No special characters are
required to begin or end a command character sequence. When a command is valid, the
unit executes the command and sends a response to the host device. All responses from
the unit to the host end with a carriage return and a line feed (CR/LF =
