III. Manual training mode instruction operation instruction

 

3.1 Countdown training mode: in standby, press“SELECT”key, enter time countdown setting mode; press 

“SELECT”again, enter distance countdown setting mode; press “ENTER”key, enter calorie countdown       

setting mode. 

 

3.2 Time countdown training mode

in standby, press

SELECT

key, enter setting position, time window blink, 

default value is 30

00,press SPEED+

- key to change the value, range

1--99minutes. Press 

START

key to start treadmill, start from 1KM/H, can press SPEED+

- to adjust the speed. Time countdown to 00

00, treadmill stop; 

 

3.3 Distance countdown training mode: in standby, press

SELECT

key twice to enter setting position, distance 

window blink , default value is 1.0KM/H, press SPEED+

- key to change the value, range

1.00--9.0KM. 

Press 

START

  key to start treadmill, speed start from 1KM/H, can press SPEED+

- to adjust speed. 

Treadmill stop when distance countdown to 0.0; 

 

3.4 Calorie countdown training mode: in standby ,press “SELECT” key 3 times to enter setting position, calorie 

window blink, default value is 50CAL,press SPEED+

- key to change value, range: 10--990CAL.Press 

“START” key to start treadmill, speed start from 1KM/H, can press SPEED+

- to adjust speed. Treadmill 

stop when countdown calorie is 0. 

 

IV. Engineer mode 1 

 

 Remove safety  key,

 press “MODE” key, put on safety key to enter. Setting method: rear roller 

diameter----minimum speed----maximum speed---incline levels

,press SPEED+ or SPEED-to adjust, press 

SELECT to set next value, setting complete to start speed adjust and test ,press START, start speed adjust and 

test, enter standby after adjust and test.
