particulates, we highly recommend passing the sample
through a 0.8 µm syringe filter to remove any loose
particulates prior to further preparation.
Once the sample is ready for preparation, please follow these
steps:
1.
In a 500 µL vial, combine the following:
a. Up to 112 µL Sample
b. + 30 µL Sample Buffer (5X)
c. + 8 µL 1M DTT (optional, not provided in the kit)
