A.EXEMYS DEVICE LOCATOR
Exemys Device Locator
allows to set any Exemys device basic configuration on an Ethernet
network. It allows to search, identify and set the basic network parameters and entering
directly to configuration web page.
Download the Exemys Device locator:
http://www.exemys.com/beta/software/edl_setup.exe
Exemys Device Locator
must execute on an PC connected to the same network where the
Exemys devices to be configured.
When
Exemys Device Locator
is executed for the first time, it will search for any Exemys
device within the network.
Device: Device name, such as RME2-AI-IA3
Host: Host name assigned to the device.
MAC: Device hardware MAC address.
Version: Current Firmware version
DHCP: If "YES", then network parameters have been obtained from a DHCP server.
IP Address, Netmask and Gateway: Device network configuration.
To update the window, click on the Query Network button. This action will cause
Exemys
Device Locator
to search the network again. You can change any of these basic network
parameters within the
Exemys Device Locator
.
To set any Exemys device found by the
Exemys Device Locator
:
Select the device in the window and click the Properties button
