5. Description of the product 

5.1 Intended Use 

The V1000E is used to reduce germs, viruses, bacteria etc. in the ambient air. The device 
directs air through the housing, which is equipped with tubes that emit UVC light. UVC light can 
inactivate the DNA or RNA of a life form. This works very efficiently with simple life forms like 
viruses and bacteria. The V1000E is designed for use in public areas and may only be operated 
within the specifications given in the operating instructions. The efficiency of the germ reduction 
depends largely on the installation and positioning. We or our partners would be happy to advise 
you if you have any questions.
