When the pump is used to transport water from a solar panel, once with water also impurities
are absorbed, therefore is recommended to install a filter.
Application
The pump is installed on the hot water pipe between the collector and the consumer and is
intended to raise the pressure in the system. It is equipped with an automatic switch controlled by
water flow. At the valve opening the pump starts and stops at the valve closing.
IT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR PROFFESIONAL USE.
This pump is built up for pumping water, free from explosive substances,solid
particles and fibers, with a density of 1kg/dmc and a kinematic viscosity of
1mm² / s and chemically non-aggressive liquids.
Assembly
WARNING! In case of any abnormal noise, immediately turn off the tool and
contact an authorized service facility for repairs
Disconnect the power plug before carrying out any adjustments or maintenance.
Checking of the pump before installation
Install closing valve near to the pump for an easy intervention in the case of testing and
repairs.
It is recommended installation of backflow preventer valves before the pump inlet.
Hydraulic connectiom
Use rigid or flexible metal or plastic pipes
When installing the pump must pay attention the flow direction indicated on the pump.
Automatic switch will be installed after the pump.
Output circuit of the pump must not have hydraulic leaks, otherwise there may be risk of
repeated starting and stopping.
It is recommended to use a pipe with an inside diameter at least equal to the pump to avoid
clogging and pump performance decreasing.
When installing non-pressurized solar installation, solar panel tank must be located above
the tap in order to ensure a minimum flow to switch on the pump.
When the flow is too low to operate the main switch automatically, after opening the valve
move the switch to the "manual" and after the pump starting return to the "automatic".
Electrical connection
Provide grounding and protective measures against electric shock. The pump must be located
to avoid water penetration inside.
Starting the pump:
Plug the pump of the electrical network
Open the valve.
WARNING! When overheating pump stops automatically.After cooling will restart
automatically, without requiring any intervention.
