1.
Place the gasket onto the Defender FP flange face.
2.
Insert the diffuser assembly into the flange pipe so that the flow openings are facing downward inside the filter.
3.
Install a second gasket between the diffuser and flange connected to the installation piping
4.
Tighten the diffuser assembly with the gaskets and flange plate using the bolts.
5.
Torque the fasteners to 25 lbf.-ft (34 N-m)
