Hazards
Nonflammable, but a strong oxidizer, may react
explosively with many common chemicals.
Potent irritant of the eyes, mucous membrane, skin, and
respiratory system. Death can occur within minutes
after exposure of 400 to 1000 ppm. Chronic exposure of
1 ppm can cause a moderate, but permanent, reduction
in pulmonary function.
