STEP 4
Seat Cushion, Seat Post Installation
1. Remove 3pcs Flat Washers (37) and 3pcs Nylon Nuts (42) from underside of the Seat Cushion (27). Guide bolts
on underside of Seat Cushion (27) through holes on top of Seat Slider (65), attach with 3pcs removed
Flat Washers (37) and 3pcs Nylon Nuts (42). Tighten nuts using Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
2. Install Seat Slider (65), move back and forth slightly to the desired hole for the suitable position. Lock the Seat
Slider (65) in place with a Flat Washer (56)
and Adjustment Knob (68) in a clockwise
direction.
3. Insert the Seat Post (25) into the plastic
bushing of Main Frame (1) and tighten with
Seat Height Adjustment Knob (8).
To adjust seat position, turn knob (68)
in a counterclockwise direction
to release the Seat Slider (65) and then slide the
Seat Slider (65) back or forth slightly to find the
desired hole for the suitable position. Lock the Seat
Slider (65) in place by tightening Knob (68) in a
clockwise direction.
loosen Seat Height Adjustment Knob (8)
and pull back towards yourself. Position the Seat Post (25) for
the desired height so that holes are aligned, then
release the knob and retighten it.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post,
make sure the seat post plastic bushing does not
exceed the mark line on the seat post.
