5.9. Scenes
Long press the front panel Tap/Scenes bu tt on to bring up the SCENES screen.
Scenes are used to control sequenced program changes in the H9000. This mode can be useful when
you are using the H9000 in a live environment such as a concert or theatrical produc
ti on, and wish to
“step through” di ff erent pre-con fi gured states in an order you have set up in advance.
For example, the main vocalist in a concert may need di ff erent reverb parameters at di ff erent ti mes
during the show; scenes provide a quick, simple way to achieve this:
You can create mul ti ple “Scene Maps” and select one at any given ti me
A Scene Map is a collec ti on of Scenes, along with the Trigger Sources
Each Scene Map can contain a total of 128 Scenes
A Scene itself can be thought of as a par
ti cular state of the FX chains, running under a current
session
The “Scene” denotes a set of ac
ti ons to be triggered that put the H9000 into that par ti cular state,
either an:
FX chain or algorithm preset to be loaded into a des ti na ti on container
A mute/bypass/enable ac ti on to be applied to a des ti na ti on container
