Storage
• Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry, cool place indoors that is not accessible to chil-
dren and animals.
• For practical storage, you can collapse the telescopic tube
as far as possible and hook the bracket either
into the
holder at the back
or
into the holder at the bottom of the device.
Troubleshooting
If the device should stop working properly,
fi
rst check whether you are able to correct
the problem yourself. If you are not, contact the Customer Service department (see the
"Customer service" chapter).
Do not try to repair a faulty device yourself!
Problem
Possible cause/solution
The device generates no
suction.
• Is the plug not inserted in the mains socket
correctly?
• Is the plug socket defective? Try another mains
socket.
• Check the fuse of your mains connection.
• Is
the
fi
lter clogged? Clean the dust
fi
lter (see the
“Cleaning the Device” chapter).
