Transmission 1:Many
The DMX signal is fed to a transmitter which sends it via RF. Several receivers with the same transmission
channel receive the RF signal and distribute it as a DMX signal.
Parallel Transmission
It is possible to operate 6 wireless DMX networks with 6 transmitters in parallel without mutual interference
by adjusting them to different transmission channels. The wireless DMX networks operate independently of
each other in 1:1 or 1: many transmission modes.
Addressing
The device has five different DMX channel modes. The Control Board allows you, as described above, to
assign the DMX channel mode.
The Control Board allows you to assign the DMX starting address, which is defined as the first channel from
which the AKKU Bar-3 Glow will respond to the controller.
If you set, for example, the address in the 11 channel mode to channel 12, the AKKU Bar-3 Glow will use the
channels 12 to 22 for control.
Please, be sure that you don’t have any overlapping channels in order to control each AKKU Bar-3 Glow
correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX-chain.
If several AKKU Bar-3 Glow devices are addressed similarly, they will work synchronically.
For setting the desired starting address please press the MENU button. Press the UP and DOWN button
until the display shows Addr. Press the ENTER button and the display shows: d001. Set the desired address
via the UP or DOWN button. Please press the ENTER button again to confirm.
Now you can start operating the AKKU Bar-3 Glow via your lighting controller.
