Please, be sure that you don’t have any overlapping channels in order to control each AKKU Bar-4 HCL
WDMX correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX-chain.
If several AKKU Bar-4 HCL WDMXs are addressed similarly, they will work synchronically.
For setting the desired starting address please press the MODE button until the display shows DMX 6-CH, 8-
CH, 12-CH or 18-CH. Press the ENTER button and the display shows: d001. Set the desired address via the
UP or DOWN buttons. Please press the ENTER button again to confirm.
Now you can start operating the AKKU Bar-4 HCL WDMX via your lighting controller.
Note:
The modes of DMX512 data are shown via the display of the device:
After switching on, the device will automatically detect whether DMX 512 data is received or not. If the data
is received, the display will show
"d.001"
with the actually set address. If there is no data received at the
DMX-input, the display will show
"d001"
with the actually set address.
This situation can occur if:
- the XLR plug (cable with DMX signal from controller) is not connected with the input of the device.
- the wireless receiver is not logged in to the wireless transmitter or no wireless DMX signal is received.
- the controller is switched off or defective, if the cable or connector is defective or the signal wires are swap
in the input connector.
