serving temperature as well as 4 bottles for preservation in
each compartment.
Position of the air vacuum system heads
Tip: in order to make the Wine Bar 8.0 easier
to use, extracting oxygen from the bottles is not
essential during the service hours.
Temperature settings are saved in the event of a power cut.
The recommended temperature for white/
rosé wine is 43-54°F /
6-12 °C and 59-66°F
/ 15-19°C for red wine. By default, the
setting for the left-hand compartment is
46°F / 8°C, and the setting for the right-hand
compartment is 64°F / 18°C.
In order to operate correctly, the Wine Bar 8.0 appliance must be placed in a room with a
temperature of 10-35°C / 50-95°F.
N.B., the temperature setting of the left-hand
compartment must always be lower than that of
the right-hand compartment.
To ensure correct functioning of the appliance, it is
important to maintain a difference of at least 3°C /
37°F between the two settings.
