9.4 REAR WHEEL INSPECTION 

Measure the rear wheel rim for distortion.  
Replace rim if the distortion is over 2.0 mm in difference.

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 

9.5 REAR BRAKE 

REAR BRAKE DRUM INSPECTION 
 

Measure the rear brake drum inner diameter. 
Replace if the diameter is over 110.5mm.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

BRAKE LINING INSPECTION 
 

Measure the brake lining thickness. 
Replace if it is less than 3.0 mm. 
Standard thickness: 4.0mm 
Service limit: 3.0mm 
 

Note: Do not allow grease to come into contact with
