When assembling the appliance, follow the procedure indicated in Fig. 1. For disassembly
proceed in reverse order.

Switching the appliance on/off

first and then press and hold the switch

(see Fig. 1). To turn
the appliance off, release both switches.
Setting the slice thickness
By turning the knob slightly to the left/right, you can set the slice thickness from 0 to 20mm
(see Fig. 1).
PROCEDURE FOR USE:
1. When assembled, place the slicer on a suitable and flat worktop with good surface adhesion.
2. Set the slice thickness as required.
3. Connect the slicer to the mains.
4. Put the required food in the feeder

, switch the slicer on and start slicing while
applying slight pressure and moving smoothly.
5. When finished, switch the slicer off and unplug it from the mains.
Notes
– Always use the feeder C (if the food size allows). It serves as protection.
– When slicing, we recommend that you keep turning the food as you go along.
Caution
You can use the slicer with the feeder without the slider C3 or you can remove the slider
C altogether.
In both cases, take extra care not to injure your hands or fingers!

V. MAINTENANCE
To clean the surface of the slicer and power cord, use a wet cloth.
Do not use rough
and abrasive cleaning agents (e.g. sharp objects, scrapers, diluents or other
dissolvents)!
