Installation space
EP1000 PLCs are designed for natural convection cooling. For proper cooling, you must
provide a clearance of at least 150 mm above and below the devices. Also, allow at
least 150 mm of depth.
When planning your layout for the EP1000 system, allow enough clearance for the
wiring and communications cable connections. For additional flexibility in configuring the
layout of the EP1000 system, use the I/O expansion cable

Pull up the locker

Pull up the locker of the right module.

Assemble the modules.
There are some expansion interfaces at the side of the modules, which can
combine with another expansion module. Please aim at the interfaces and push fit.
