Can I download any Android ™ app?
Some Android apps require certain hardware
functions that are not on the phone, which can
cause display issues (for example: half screen
display or portrait mode only). A large number of fully
compatible apps can be downloaded and installed
directly to the phone from the Google Play™ Store
application.
Can I listen to music and browse the Internet at
the same time?
Yes, you can. Start playing your song, tap the home
icon to return to the home screen, and open the web
browser. Press and hold the home icon to switch
between the two applications.
The phone cannot play a video that I copied to it.
What should I do?
Video files come in many different formats and sizes
(resolution). Playback does not depend on the phone
but on the application installed. Try to download
another media player.
Battery life is less than advertised. Why?
Some programs as well as video and photo file
playback can drain the battery quickly. Use the
following tips to save battery power:
• Close the applications that are running in the
background,
• Use a non-animated wallpaper as the home page,
• If you are not using WiFi, turn off this feature,
• Reduce the screen brightness,

WiFi access point should appear in the list of
networks.
• If you are asked for a password (WEP or WPA
security code), be careful not to confuse the
numbers 1 and 0 with the letters I and O, as well
as the letters U and V. These typos are frequent.
• When entering a security code to connect to your
WiFi access point, select the "Show password"
checkbox. This will enable you to see all of the
characters you type in order to avoid possible
typos.
