using
the
device
A. - Information relating to user safety
•
Ensure that you adhere to the usage restrictions
specific to certain places (hospitals, planes, petrol
stations, schools, etc.).
•
Refrain from using your device while driving.
You must observe the legal and country-specific
guidelines.
•
If you wear an electronic implant (pacemaker, insulin
pump, neurostimulator, etc.), move the mobile
phone at least 15 cm away from this implant and
use the mobile phone only on the side opposite the
implant. You are advised to discuss this subject with
your doctor as he or she knows the features of your
medical device.
B. - Information on the behaviours to adopt to
reduce exposure to radiation emitted by radio
equipment
•
The Ministry of Health recommends using the device
under good reception conditions as indicated on its
screen (four or five bars) or, failing that, near the
transmitters.
•
You should preferably use the hands-free kit
supplied with the device, or the loudspeaker or,
failing that, an external loudspeaker.
•
Talk to children and teenagers about the use of radio
equipment, such as mobile phones or tablets, for
example, by avoiding night-time use and limiting the
frequency and duration of use.
