TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

1. No power, logs do not glow.

1a. Check that unit is plugged into a 

standard 120 volt outlet.

1b. Press POWER switch several times,

make sure power is set at “ON” position.

2a. Open the rear cover, then check for any 

broken light bulb or loose light bulb.

2b. Loosen and remove the burnt 

out bulb and replace with new bulb.
3a. Open the rear cover, then check if 

spinner motor was working. If not, 

call customer service.

2. POWER switch light up, 

but no flame effect.

3. Logs Glow, flame effect does 

not work.

PROBLEM

4. Flame effect operates, but 

heater does not blow warm air.

5. Heater doesn’t work, but 

POWER and HEATER switches 

are in the “ON” position.

5a. Turn all switches to the “OFF” position 

and unplug the unit from the wall outlet 

for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes plug the 

unit back into wall outlet, and operate as 

normal.

4a. Check the HEATER switch is in“ON” 

position. POWER switch should light up. 

6. 

Alarm light flash and  

heater function does not 

work.

6a. The heater is getting excessively hot, 

immediately turn the heater off, 

unplug 

the unit and inspect for any 

 and 

inspect for any objects on or 

adjacent to the heater that may 

cause high temperatures.
