CHANGING THE FUSE_______________________________________________________________
If the BP2 fails to operate when the “ON” button is depressed, confirm that the battery is connected. If its
connected, confirm that is fully charged. If the battery is fully charged, disconnect it and remove it from the BP2.
Locate the two screws in the cover panel above the battery and remove them. Locate the yellow fuse holder, open it
and inspect the fuse.
If it is blown, replace it with another 20A fuse and reassemble the fuse holder. Reinstall the cover panel and reinstall
the battery, reconnecting the red and black connectors to the matching ones in the BP2.
If the fuse is not blown, or it blows again when the “ON” switch is depressed, please contact ESS Customer Service.
