5.11.4. Control Attainment Range Setup
This screen is for setting temperature and humidity attainment range and holding time.
The chamber uses these settings to stabilize control. When the control item stays within
the set Attainment Range for the set holding Time, the chamber assumes the control
target to have been reached and starts the step/test timer.
Temperature & Humidity are “Attained” when monitored value stays within the attainment
range for the holding time. The attainment range will affect the exposure time stating

Also, set the attainment range slightly higher/lower than deviation limit temperatures
respectively.

Note
Depending on the attainment range and holding time set here, exposure time in the program
mode may end up longer than what is actually programmed.
1.
Select the Control Attainment Range item.
Press the 3 box on the Chamber Configuration screen.

Set the attainment range.
3.
Set the holding time.
Input holding time in seconds. Setting range is 0 ~ 9999.
