Damage prevention and safety instructions
1.
(Fig. 7)
A
Caution! Observe limitations of use.
G
Remember to prime the pump.
B
Standard voltage must be the same as that of the
mains.
H
Make sure the motor can self-ventilate.
C
Connect the pump to the mains via an omnipolar
switch (that interrupts all the power supply wires)
with at least a 3-mm opening between contacts.
I
Beware of liquids and hazardous environments.
D
Install a high-sensitivity differential switch (30 mA) as
extra protection against lethal electric shocks.
J
Install the pump out of children's reach.
E
Connect the pump earthing.
K
Caution! Beware of accidental leaks. Do not expose
the pump to the open air.
F
Use pump only within performance limits indicated
on the nameplate.
L
Caution! Avoid icing.Cut power supply before
servicing the pump.
Safety precautions
2.
This symbol
together with the words “Danger” or “Warning” indicate the risk level from failing to observe the
corresponding safety prescriptions.
DANGER
Risk of electric
shock
Warns that not observing the precaution involves a risk of electrocution.
DANGER
Warns that not observing the precaution involves a risk of damage to people and/or things.
WARNING
Warns that not observing the precaution involves a risk of damage to the pump or the
installation.

swimming pool water.
The single-phase version of the pumps has an additional safety device that protects both people and the pump itself
from operating without a load, suction obstruction and overload from motor blockage. In addition, it permits you to store
information that can be useful for maintenance and analysis of possible anomalies.
Pumps are supplied with a Class I motor.
They are designed to work with clean water at temperatures from 4°C to 35°C.
Storage temperature must be between -10°C and +50°C.
Correct compliance with the installation and operation instructions, as well as the electrical connection diagrams, will
prevent motor overloads and all types of subsequent results, for which we decline any responsibility.
We recommend using original replacement and accessory parts to guarantee the greatest safety.
