5.4.1 – Enter Password 

If your REDi is password protected, the tick box next  to  ‘REDi  Device’  in the 
Search screen will be empty. Click on the tick box and enter the password to 
proceed. The factory default for your REDi password is 0000.

5.4.2 – Description 

After clicking ‘Next’  on the Search screen, you can view and adjust the 
configuration of your REDi unit.  
 
The description can be up to 42 characters long, consisting of numbers and 
letters.  Simply type the desired description for this unit in the Description field. 
This information will show within the System Information of the unit, and on the 
Search screen in Console.
