Secure Post Pad (#39) to front of pole by wrapping straps around
pole and sticking to velcro on opposite side of Pad. Top Post Pad

Adjust unit to 7-1/2 feet. Use a tape measure to measure from
the top of the rim to the playing surface. Stick Height Decal
(#17) to back of Actuator (#16) with the "7.5" mark aligned
with bottom of Actuator Sleeve (#15). See
