2.3 OPTION ON REQUEST
The presence of options on request could nullify or modify the operating of standard features.
Code
Description
D12c
High emission alarm.
If the readout of the TC signal is above the value in set up code D12 the high emission alarm will be activated. The
display will show the alarm condition code E4 (see alarm description) and the relay will signal the alarm condition.
Press key E to reset the alarm.
In set up you can set up a delay for the activation of the high emission alarm.
The same relay is also used to signal the alarm code E5 (see alarm description) of the TC probe signal below 2 mA.
This alarm will automatically reset when the signal is above 2 mA once again.
D17
TC probe readout zero regulation (-9÷+9 points)
In set up function code 21 it is possible to adjust the zero reading of the signal from TC probe. In this function the
display shows the reading of the TC probe and, with plant stops and without dust in the duct, the reading must be 00
/ 3
D18
Emission readout setup in mg/m3
It is possible to adjust the readout of the TC probe in set up function 22 so that the display will show the exact value of
emissions expressed in mg/m3. The display will show the numeric value corresponding to a 20 mA signal from the TC
probe (20 default value).
For this regulation you shall enter a well-known dust quantity in the duct (e.g. 10 mg/m3) and check the readout of the
operating equipment on the display (e.g. 15).
Press key B and D in set up function 22 at the same time. The display will show 'L TC READOUT' and 001 mg/m3.
Press key A and C to set up the numeric value the equipment displayed during the test (15 in the example).
Press key B. The display will show 'A ACTUAL EMISSION' and 001 mg/m3.
Press key A and C to set up the numeric value corresponding to the dust quantity in the duct (10 in the example).
Press key E to go back to set up function 22. The display will automatically acquire the new numeric value
corresponding to a 20 mA signal from the TC probe (maximum value 250).
At the end of such operations, the numeric value that the equipment will display during the operation will correspond to
the readout of emissions expressed in mg/m3.
D19
Mean TC probe readout time
In Setup it is possible to set a mean time of the TC probe reading.
This function is used to cut sporadic emission peak and to have a stable reading on the display.
D20
TC probe signal readout in mA
In set up function 27 the reading of the signal from TC probe in mA is shown. The range of the signal is 4÷20 mA.
