After an extended period of non-use, the movement must be set in motion
by winding the crown clockwise in its normal position.

Setting the Time:

To set the time, pull the

Winding Crown

(1) out into position -2- and turn it counter-clockwise

(CCW). Keep turning the crown until the hands pass 12 o’clock midnight and the
day/date display advances. Then continue to turn the crown until you set the correct time.
This will assure a correct setting of your watch in relation to AM/PM  and assure that
the

 24-Hour Hand

 (10) is set correctly. After the time has been adjusted correctly, the

watch is set in motion by pressing the winding crown back to its ‘normal position’.
The

Perpetual Second Hand

 (15) remains stationary to allow the watch to become

synchronized for precise accuracy.

Setting the Day, Date, Month & Moon Phase:

To change the date and month, pull the

Winding Crown

(1) out into position -1- and turn

counter-clockwise (CCW). To change the moon phase, turn the crown clockwise (CW).
The day is set by pressing the

Day Adjustment Push-Piece

(2) with a pointed instrument.

The Timer Functions:

Press the

Start/Stop Pusher

(10) and the chronograph is set in motion. Pressing the same

pusher again stops the chronograph hands, allowing you to read the elapsed time with
a precision of 1/5 second. After pressing the

Start/Stop Pusher

(10) again, the hands will

continue to move (additional movement). Start-Stop-Start operations can be carried out
as often as required. By pressing the

Reset Pusher

(11) when the chronograph has been

stopped, all three timer hands are reset to zero.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  engaging the day/date function when dial hands

are between

8

pm -

2

am and engaging the moon between 8pm - 6am can

cause serious damage to the calendar gears of the internal movement

and such damage is not covered under warranty.
