5. Before you start
Remove all protective films and any stickers. We recommend cleaning the microwave grill and all
accessories before first use.
5.1 Fitting the handles (2, 3)
In order for the food to be heated evenly on top and underneath, it must touch both grill plates (1,
4).
Slide the handles (3) onto the lower grill
plate (4).
Important:
The arrows on the bottom of the lower
grill plate (4) must point to the arrows
on the handles (3), see diagram
opposite.
Slide the handles (2) on the upper grill
plate (1).
Important:
The arrows on the top of the upper grill
plate (1) must point to the arrows on the
handles (2), see diagram opposite.
While cooking, the upper grill plate (1) works like a lid. When the food is in the lower grill plate
(4), it is lowered onto the handles (3) of the lower grill plate (4).

Because all the microwave grill surfaces can get very hot, we also recommend that you
wear oven gloves to avoid getting burnt.
