Setting the ring type
For the cordless phone you can select one of five different ring
types for incoming external calls.
To change the ring type for external calls:
1. Press and then 8 .
You will hear the next ring type for external calls.
2. Keep pressing and then 8 until you hear the
ring type you want.
The last ring type you select will be stored for
external calls.
Setting the earpiece volume
During a telephone call you can use the Up or Down key
to adjust the volume of the earpiece:
Adjusting the volume during a call:
• Press the Up or Down key once or more.
If you are not making a call you can still adjust the
volume:
1. Press .
You will hear the dial tone.
2. Keep listening and press the Up or Down key
once or more.
You will hear the dial tone become louder or
quieter.
3. Press to cancel the dial tone.
If the earpiece is at maximum or minimum volume
you will hear a warning tone.
