Indicating the time of another country or region (city) with the
dual-time hand
The time of another country or region (city) can be indicated with the 24-hour system.
The times of two countries or regions (cities) can be indicated simultaneously using the hour hand and dual-time
hand (dual-time function).
When adjusting the times, set each of the hour hand and dual-time hand to the corresponding time.
