9. In case the EEPROM is broken on the defective main board and the EEPROM back up/
copy function is not available, replace the Main board with new one by following the
message and click the “OK” button.

10. Click the “OK” button to proceed the following adjustment menu after turn on the
printer.

11. Carry out the “Head voltage ID input “and “Bi-d Adjustment” by following the
displayed procedure.
12. After complete the Head ID input and Bi-d adjustment items, click the “Ink pad
replacement” button. Replace the Waste drain ink pad with new one by following the
message displayed on the screen. Turn on the printer after replace the Waste drain ink
pad with new one and click the “OK” button to write the market setting and the
default setting into the EEPROM.

13. Click the “I/C replacement” button to replace the both I/C with new one.
Replace the both I/C with new one by following the message.

14. Click the “Menu” button to exit the program.
